FYI: The Perfect Burger!

I seriously LOVE me a “Good Burger” but did you know that (neurotic it seems, I know) being precise in how you layer your burger keeps your bun light and crispy and prevents slippage. Follow this foolproof method from the food Network’s Guy Fieri: “Mangia, Mangia!”

Bun: Toast each side on an open grill for a nice crust and added texture.

Sauce & Condiments: Spread on the bun for flavor in every bite.

Lettuce & Tomato: Put these on top of the patty to help them stay crunchy.

Cheese: A thin slice evenly covers the patty.

Patty: Dimple the middle before grilling to get a flat surface on the cooked burger.

Onions & Pickles: The heat from the patty softens these veggies slightly.

Sauce & Condiments: Try different spreads on each bun half to punch up the yum factor.

Bun: A crusty brioche won’t fall apart.
